Delivery & Carriage Charges
Please note free delivery is only available to "Mainland UK Only". Following post codes do not qualify for free delivery: AB, DD, DG, FK, TD, TR, PA, PH, IV, KW, KY.
* Please contact us before purchasing from the above postcodes and we can supply you with a delivery quote.
We DO NOT offer delivery to any Off-Shore Islands, this includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Channel Islands etc.
For peace of mind, your item will be delivered fully insured and would be exchanged Free of Charge in any rare case of damage.
Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
If you have changed your mind and want to return items, please contact us via eBay message and we will advise you on the returns process.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we will offer a replacement or a refund, if the items are returned to us within 14 days of receiving.
1 Goods will normally be dispatched from our warehouse within 4 working days and any estimated dispatch date is a an estimate, which can change without notice.
2 We will normally deliver goods within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery
4 We can deliver our beds anywhere in mainland Great Britain and Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately we do not deliver to the Channel Islands or the Highlands/Islands of Scotland, however we are able to deliver to a mainland courier company on your behalf for onward shipping.
5 We will deliver the goods to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
6 Most of our products are relatively weighty items and you may be required to assist the driver in offloading your order.
7 Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
8 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
9 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
10 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or ourselves within a reasonable time.
11 If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
12 Deliveries are made to a ground floor entrance only and on the condition that there is reasonable access for the safe and prompt delivery of the goods. You should tell us about any special delivery requirements or conditions when you place your order.
13 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
14 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
